Enrollment, Withdrawals, and Re-entry to Greco Middle School
In order to enroll, withdraw, and/or re-enroll your child into Greco Middle School, please see the requirements and documents listed below. A parent or guardian must accompany all students at the time of action and bring the proper documents.

Transferring from another Hillsborough County School
- Address Verification: Utility bill (TECO), lease agreement, or house contract in the name of the Parent/Legal Guardian.
- Last report card verifying grad placement

Transferring from a Private or Out of County School
- Address Verification: Utility bill (TECO), lease agreement, or house contract in the name of the Parent/Legal Guardian.
- Birth certificate
- Physical, obtained in Florida with in one (1) year
- Immunization Records: Per Florida Law, students entering the 7th or 8th Grade must have proof that they have received the TDaP shot.
- Last report card verifying grade placement
- Any plans for Special Services (Exceptional Education, English Language Learning, 504) if applicable
- Transcript from previous school

Transferring from a public school outside of Florida and ANY Private School.
- 2 forms of Address Verification
- Utility bill (TECO)
- Lease agreement, or house contract in the name of the Parent/Legal Guardian.
- Property tax receipt or proof of homestead exemption
- Report Card or Transcript from last school.
- Proof of physical examination by an approved licensed health care provider of Hillsborough County Health Department, within 12 months prior to entry in Florida Schools.
- Authenticated birth date
- Certified copy of birth certificate/State of Florida Birth Registration Card
- Baptismal certificate showing date of birth, place of baptism, accmpanied by parents' sworn affidavit
- Insurance policy on the child in force for at least two years
- Bible record of child's birth accompanied by parents' sworn affidavit
- Passport or certificate of arrival in the United States showing age of child (view only, do not copy)
- Parents' sworn afidavit accompanied by a certificate of examination from a health officer or physican verifying the child's age (physical)
- Immunization records showing proof of proper immunization.
All students must reside with at least one parent or legal guardian.
Proof of guardianship: Photocopy of the court order appointing guardianship.
Under extenuating circumstances, a notarized statement may be accepted if proof of residence can not be validated.
All students must attend the school in the district where they reside.
