Inez Doby Elementary School opened in southern Hillsborough County in the fall of 2006. It serves as a local school drawing most of its students from the surrounding neighborhoods of Covington Gardens and Waterset. Doby Elementary serves students between Pre-K and Fifth Grade.

Our school is named for Inez Doby who came from a family of educators. She devoted 40 years to teaching the children of Hillsborough County.
