Grace M. Ippolito's commitment to Hillsborough County Schools spanned 40 years. She started her career in 1959 as a teacher at Ybor Elementary and retired in 1999 as Assistant Superintendent for Instruction. The School District of Hillsborough County honored Mrs. Ippolito's dedication by naming this school after her.
Grace M. Ippolito Elementary School opened in 2002. The school is located in the community of Oak Creek in Riverview, Florida.
