Pride Elementary earned an A grade from the Florida Department of Education for the 2018-2019 school year.

Pride Elementary receives a 10 out of 10 ranking from GreatSchools.org.

Pride Elementary has been rated as Five Star School by the Florida Department of Education.

Announcing Pride’s Chapter of National Elementary Honor Society

The National Elementary Honor Society (NEHS) was established in 2008 by the National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP) in cooperation with the~[ newp://www.naesp.org/ ]National Association of Elementary School Principals(NAESP) to recognize elementary students in both public and non-public elementary schools for their outstanding academic achievement and demonstrated personal responsibility, to provide meaningful service to the school and community, and to develop essential leadership skills in the students of elementary schools.  NEHS is a club for 4th and 5th grade students.

All fourth and fifth grade students who met the basic criteria for admission (a GPA of 3.4 from the 2018-2018 academic year) will receive an informative letter and the Candidate Form the week of December 17th. Any students interested in being a part of Pride’s NEHS should return the candidate form to their homeroom teacher by January 25th.

Timeframe leading up to induction of new Honor Society members:
Phase 1: Analysis of academic requirements
Phase 2: Assessment of character, citizenship, & leadership of students who meet academic requirements
Phase 3: Students who meet the high expectations of both phase 1 & 2 are invited to complete a Candidate form.
Phase 4: Candidate Forms are carefully reviewed by the faculty council to determine membership.
Phase 5: Invitation of induction given to qualifying students
