Back-to-School Forms Now Available on Focus Parent Portal

Back-to-school forms are now available through the HCPS Focus Parent Portal! Starting today, families can complete all required new school year forms online before the first day, which is on Monday, August 10.

The Focus Parent Portal is your one-stop location to:

  • Complete required back-to-school forms

  • View student schedules (available Tuesday, August 4)

  • View report cards

  • View bus information

  • Register new students to HCPS

Complete Your Back-to-School Forms Online

This year, all required back-to-school forms are available digitally through the Focus Parent Portal, making the process faster, easier, and more convenient for families.

Using the portal, you can:

  • Complete required acknowledgments and permissions

  • Submit everything electronically (no printing or paperwork required)

Completing your forms online:

  • Saves time by eliminating paper forms.

  • Provides flexibility to complete forms anytime, anywhere from your phone, tablet, or computer.

Please log in to your existing Focus Parent Portal account and make sure you know your username and password before completing your forms. Log in here: https://hcps.focusschoolsoftware.com/focus/parents/

If you don't already have a Focus Parent Portal account, or need help getting started, visit HillsboroughSchools.org/Focus for information on creating an account and accessing the portal.

We also encourage families to download the HCPS Focus Portal App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for quick and convenient access throughout the school year.
