Native American and Alaskan Heritage Month

November is Family Engagement in Education Month!

At Hillsborough County Public Schools, we know that parents and caregivers are a child’s first teachers. When families are connected and engaged with schools, students thrive!

Research shows that family involvement leads to:

  • Higher achievement

  • Better school readiness

  • Stronger connections between schools and the community

This month, we celebrate and thank all the parents, caregivers, and families who support our students and schools. Together, we are leading the way by preparing students for life, and it all starts with families who believe in the power of public education!
