Important Campus Safety Updates: Arrival and Bike Procedures

Attention Longhorns,

To ensure a safe environment for all students and staff, Student Affairs has issued an important safety update regarding campus access and transportation. Please review the attached graphic and information for a visual map of the restricted zones and safe entry points.

Key Safety Reminders

Bus Circle Restrictions - The bus circle is strictly for buses. No pedestrians, scooters, or bikes are allowed in this area.

West Access Route - To access the building from the west, all pedestrian traffic must enter through the designated Safe Entry Gate located between the chiller and Building 4.

Bike and Scooter Parking - All bikes and scooters must be stored in the official bike rack. If a scooter or bike is locked anywhere else on campus, the lock will be cut and the item will be moved to the bike rack.

Liability - Please secure your belongings properly. Lennard High School is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.

Thank you for your cooperation and for doing your part to keep our campus safe.

Go Longhorns!
