This summer Dowdell is hosting a Youth Summer Enrichment Program through the Tampa Heights Junior Civic Association.  The program runs Monday-Thursday and is FREE.  It includes outdoor games, field trips, STEM, STEAM, coding, literacy, math, arts & crafts, and more.  Space is limited.  For more information, visit www.thjca.org.
