Registration for the 2022-23 school year has already begun!  Please visit our UPPER CAMPUS Front Office Monday thru Thursday between 9:00 am - 12:00 pm to register with Marlyn Naylor, our Data Processor.

Registration Requirements:

• birth certificate
• Social Security card
• Florida Physical HRS form (supplied by a doctor)
• Florida Immunization Record (supplied by a doctor)
• 2 forms of verification of address
