Freshman Academic Summer Transition Camp (FAST Camp)

What is FAST Camp?

FAST is a one-day summer camp for incoming Freshmen. The purpose is to support rising 9th grade students’ successful transition into the high school environment. The FAST Camp experience will include a school orientation, scheduled walkthroughs, mini class sessions as well as introductions to key staff members and school organizations.

FAST Camp Goals:

• Student acquisition of high school academic success skills. • Help students acclimate to their new high school environment.

• Support interpersonal relationships with classmates and school staff.

Program Details:

• Curriculum-High School Prep Success Skills and Social Emotional Learning

• Choice of Dates- July 17, 18 or 19, 2023
