How do I request a PIN?
The assigned PIN is the same one used to view the report card from quarter 1 and was sent home with students earlier this school year. If you need to request the PIN again, the following two options are available:

  1. Electronic PIN Request
    A student's PIN can be sent to either the email address or mobile phone number of a parent/guardian as provided on the Student Emergency Information Card. Please click on this link to Request a PIN Electronically. If you have more than one middle or high school student, you only need to make one request. You will receive all PINs associated with that contact information. Note that a separate email or text will be sent for each student.

    The electronic PIN request will not work if the email address or mobile phone number entered does not match the information on record. Please report any changes to your phone number and/or email address to your student’s school.

  2. Contact the Report Card Support Line
    If you are unable able to get the PIN electronically, please contact (813) 840-7388

I requested my PIN electronically, but did not get it. Why?
If you did not receive the requested PIN via email, please check your Spam folder for the message. If it is still not available, or the PIN was requested via text message, the information entered may need to be updated or corrected. Please contact (813) 840-7388 for further assistance.
