The Student Uniform shall consist of the following:

“Tops” only Black, Gray, White, or Orange plain, solid color 3-button polo shirts. Hoodies, jackets, or sweaters must be plain in school colors. School uniform link below.

“Bottoms” only Black and Khaki pants, shorts, skirts, capris, and jumpers may be worn. Hemlines should be no shorter than fingertip length. There should be no rips/holes.

Jeans, sweatpants, biker shorts, yoga pants, and leggings are not acceptable.

“Spirit Days” Smith spirit shirts may be worn on Mondays and Fridays. College shirts may be worn on Fridays.

“PE Uniform” only Smith PE shirt or plain gray t-shirt and Smith PE bottoms or plain black athletic shorts. Student's name should be printed on both the shorts and t-shirt in permanent ink.

Procedures for non-compliance with Uniform Policy

1^st-2^nd Offense: Student is sent to Student Affairs to change, AP Dress Code form will be sent home with student to notify parent, entered in Student Notes.

3^rd Offense: Student is sent to Student Affairs to change, AP Dress Code form will be sent home with student and parent phone call will be made, entered in Student Notes. Lunch detention will be assigned.

4^th Offense: Student is sent to Student Affairs to change, AP Dress Code form will be sent home with student and Administration will conference with parent, entered in Student Notes. Lunch detention will be assigned.
