Summer Bridge Program Information

What is 6th Grade Bridge Camp?

Sixth Grade Summer Bridge is a two-day camp that provides an opportunity for rising sixth grade students to get a sneak peek of the middle school program. The purpose is to support rising 6th grade student’s successful transition into the middle school environment. Students will learn how to navigate the school campus, become familiar with school expectations and procedures, meet staff members and peers, participate in team building activities and build confidence as a new middle school student.

Bridge Camp Goals:

  • Student acquisition of middle school academic success skills.
  • Help students acclimate to their new middle school environment.
  • Support interpersonal relationships with classmates and Social Emotional Learning.

Program Details:

  • Curriculum-Middle School Prep, Success Skills, and Social Emotional Learning
  • Dates- Monday, July 25th and Tuesday, July 26th
  • Time-8:00am-12:00pm STUDENT TRANSPORTATION IS NOT PROVIDED
