Angel Tree Applications
We will have Angel Tree sign-up at 1100 W. Sligh Ave (across the street from the Tampa Zoo)
Date: Oct. 2 nd, 2023 – Oct. 6 th, 2023 Time: 9:00am – 4:00pm
We will also have Angel Tree sign-up at 7409 S. Hwy 301, Riverview, Fl. 33569 (Our South Hillsborough Worship Center)
Date: Oct. 9 th, 2023 – Oct. 13 th, 2023 Time: 9:00am – 4:00pm
What you will need to bring:
Parent ID
Birth Certificate of each child (up to 14 yrs. Old)
A piece of mail with your name and current address/lease ok.
Parents, please come knowing what your child(ren)’s sizes are and what they are interested in getting for Christmas!!

Lo que necesitará traer:
Identificación de los padres
Partida de Nacimiento de cada niño (hasta 14 años)
Una pieza de correo con su nombre y dirección actual/Lease esta bien.
¡Padres, vengan a saber cuáles son los tamaños de sus hijos y qué les interesa recibir para Navidad!
