Formative assessments will be conducted throughout the year to allow for data-based changes to occur. Each change made will be based on the data and the needs of the students; thus ensuring no child is left behind. Data will be examined regularly by the Supervisor of Title I Part D and the Supervisor of Federal Program Evaluation. Analysis of the data will allow for changes to be made or for effective programs to stay in place. An evaluation of the goals and objectives from the project application will be conducted. Through the annual evaluation, the Title I Part D program will be able to assess how well each program is doing in meeting its stated program objectives. Annual reports will be provided by the evaluation team.
