When are Florida test scores available?
Florida test scores are provided by the Florida Department of Education. Grade 3 ELA (English Language Arts) test scores are expected in May. Other test scores are expected in June or July. These scores may be available later depending on when they are received from the state. When Florida test scores are available, notification will be sent by a phone call, email, and/or text message using the contact information listed on the Student Emergency Information Card.

Only the achievement levels and overall scale scores are displayed online. The official home report from the Florida Department of Education remains the primary source of communication to families for Florida test scores. This report may be picked up from the school your student attended during testing after they are made available by the state.

How do I access Florida test scores online?
When Florida test scores are available online, they will be accessible via a link on the main page of the Hillsborough County Public Schools website (www.sdhc.k12.fl.us). They will also be accessible under the Students and Families menus on the Hillsborough County Public Schools website by selecting the Online Report Card & Test Scores option.

What information is needed to view Florida test scores online?
There are two ways of signing in to view the information online:

1. Students can view test scores by logging in with their student number and district password.
2. Parents and guardians can view test scores by entering student information and the student’s assigned Personal Identification Number (PIN). For students in grades 6-12, the PIN is the same PIN used to access report cards online. For students in grades 3-5, a PIN letter was sent home with students in April. How do I request a PIN?
The PIN can be sent to either the email address or mobile phone number of a parent or guardian as provided on the Student Emergency Information Card. Please click on this link to Request a PIN electronically. If you have more than one student, you only need to make one request. You will receive all PINs associated with that contact information. Note that a separate email or text will be sent for each student.

The electronic PIN request will not work if the email address or mobile phone number entered does not match the information on the Student Emergency Information Card. Please report any changes to your mobile phone number and/or email address to your student’s school.

The website also has report cards. Why don’t I see my student’s report card online?
Currently, grades K-5 elementary student report cards are not available online. An official paper copy of the elementary report card is sent home with students.
Some charter schools do not post report cards online. Please check with your charter school if your report card is not posted.
